Several years ago the crawl space of my dream home filled with water during a rapid spring thaw. I called another company first but was appalled at their lack of ethics, so went with StayDry. It was expensive but worth it. I had no problems until last year when the pump failed, and then this horrendously wet spring the pump could not keep up with the volume of water, despite running continuously. Today Bob drove up to figure out a solution. It's nasty in my wet crawl space, but he was in and out of it all day. Literally. He installed a bigger, more powerful pump, hung around to make sure it was working, and only a couple of hours later it had removed enough water to start cycling as it should. Yay! I appreciate Bob's knowledge, his patience with my many questions, and his empathy for my situation.

This company was awesome to deal with! We had a cold joint in the basement that needed to be repaired. After a couple of other companies tried to upsell us I contacted StayDry based on the reviews I had read. They were able to quote me quickly from photographs. Their technicianTravis was incredibly professional and thorough and explained everything to us that he was doing to correct the problem. He didn’t try to sell us on repairs that we did not need.The repair also has a lifetime warranty, which is great!

Recently I bought a property in the area of Kalamazoo. We ended up putting in a new french drain system. Wayne showed up, did the estimate and explained every single step to me. Two weeks later Andre and James Getchel along with their crew showed up to do the job.
