*****Update 12/15/2022***********Ended up having a pin hole water leak after a heavy driving northeast rain. I'm glad I followed the advice of Dave Brown at StayDry, in saying that we encourage everyone to keep the wall open for 3-6 months to ensure the leak is absolutely fixed. After talking to StayDry about the minor leak, they immediately sent a technician to our home (within 4 hours they were on-site). Abby was the technician who assessed the situation and quickly went to work adding a few more ports and filling the potential voids in the crack. She also leveraged the existing ports and did in Fact get a bit epoxy product to go in. Abby did a great job, was very personable, knowledgeable and responsive! Thank you StayDry for great customer service and support!**************************************I had a pretty good size leak in the corner of my basement wall (poured concrete) and was at loss on how to repair it. I called StayDry and they were quick to respond (within 24 hours) and came out to take a look at my basement wall within another 24 hours. Within 5 business days they had one of their professional technicians onsite to perform the repair. They executed flawlessly and were done in about four hours. I now have complete peace of mind as I am not worried about a leaking basement and continued clean up. Thank you StayDry. See attached before and after pics.**********UPDATE 04/06/2026**********With all of the recent deluges of rain, there ended up being a small pinhole leak in my repaired wall. Called StayDry back and told them what was going on and without hesitation, they sent Jeff and Damien out to figure out what was going on. This is where is gets really good. They decided to start from scratch and redo the entire crack. You talk about standing behind your work, that's what I call warranty. Thank you both for being so diligent and doing what's right. I cannot say enough good things about StayDry. From start to finish, they were quick, professional, informative, and friendly. We had water entering our basement, and they were able to diagnose and correct the issue. They also installed a new sump pump and back up sump pump.James, Andre, and Ed were great to work with. They were very prompt, friendly, and patient explaining the new equipment to me. I really appreciated Andre taking the time to help me set up and connect the monitor and to explain how to use the equipment. I didn't feel rushed at all, and he answered all of my questions in a way I could understand and remember. They left everything looking clean and neat (inside and outside the house as well). The inspector that came to check on our issue was a master class professional. Wayne stated that he has been in this business for over 30+ years and boy did it show. He came in and diagnosed our problem within minutes. Didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary which is always a concern when dealing with contractors. I highly recommend this company but even more so recommend Wayne the inspector.

UPDATE: After the flash flooding we saw on our street a week ago, our recent foundation repair held strong. There was a little moisture at the seam where the wall meets the floor, but no standing water. Wayne came out inspect the repair. In the absence of *standing water* at the repair, anywhere else in the basement, he determined that what we saw was likely condensation due to the storm drains being blocked and high water saturation in the yard - portions of our street had 3’ of standing water! Since that kind flooding was rare/unique to that particular storm, he suggested we proceed with our landscaping/regrading plans and continue to watch it. We really appreciate the conservative approach to finding a solution to our problem.CRACK REPAIR: Start to finish, our experience with Stay Dry was incredibly positive. We used their services 20 years ago at our first home, and when it was time to explore water infiltration in our current basement, Wayne was timely in diagnosing the issue. Other companies with whom we consulted tried to sell us more comprehensive waterproofing packages - to the tune of 24K - but we only had a crack in the foundation. Wayne explained how we could absolutely add on those services if we continued to see water, but his assessment was that the crack was the primary source, not a failed drain tile. He also measured our landscape space and put together a mathematical formula for us to use when we regrade this spring. Jeff and André, who performed the repair, were timely, clean, courteous and respected our home. They explained the repair process plus next steps (watching for water before putting the walls back up, etc). Would definitely recommend!

Several years ago we had hired Stay Dry to fills some rod holes that were causing some water intrusion into our basement. That temporarily fixed the issue however, we have had increasing issues with water entering the basement between the poured walls and the flooring. We contacted StayDry yet again in January, Dave promptly came out and gave us an estimate. We elected to go with the full internal drains. The job was completed several weeks ago and it has been perfect since then. We love the new backup sump pump with the battery back-up with the app for monitoring. James was the crew chief on our job and kept the job moving and answered my many questions about the process and how the system was going to work once completed. Jeff is finishing up our wall cracks and additional rod holes this weekend. When he was on the job evaluating those, he discovered an undiscovered issue where our sump discharge line was flowing back out the overflow. We had a plumbing company put a camera down our sump line and discovered huge amount of roots blocking the line. Jeff was able to temporarily put a bypass so the water is now draining in our yard and not at the base of our foundation. We have nothing but good experiences with Stay Dry and the team.

We had Darin out to quote our basement. He throughly educated us on the whole process based on what water issues we have had in our furnished basement. He presented a reasonable quote and explained the benefits of the Stay Dry product. We also learned the history of Stay Dry and the dedication the the owner and the team has to helping their customers. Looking forward to no longer stressing g over our water in the basement in Feb-March.
